In recognition of International Elimination of Violence Against Women Day 2023, Pomellato hosted an expert panel in Milan for the third year in a row, discussing the roots of violence against women – a persistent and entrenched global phenomenon.

Gathering experts from different fields and key opinion leaders for the LET’S ASK WHY debate, Pomellato opened an auction for the cause, with all proceeds going to CADMI (Casa di Accoglienza delle Donne Maltrattate) women’s shelter in Milan.

Pomellato CEO Sabina Belli introduced to the stage CADMI President Manuela Ulivi and Alessia Cappello, the Councilor for Economic Development and Labor Policies for the Municipality of Milan, Danda Santini, Editor in Chief of Io Donna and the moderator of the event, panelists Fabio Roia, Gianvito Martino, Elvira Valleri, Alessia Dulbecco, Michele Poli, Journalist and TV Presenter Francesca Fagnani, and actress and director Kasia Smutniak, who all gave their testimony to the roots of this insidious and universal issue.
