Information note about the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Personal Data Protection Code).
According to the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Code, Pomellato S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Company or Data Controller), the Data Controller, would like to inform you about the following.
The personal data spontaneously provided shall be treated exclusively for the purposes of evaluating a possible professional engagement within the Company.
Candidates shall avoid providing the Company with curricula containing information treated by law as sensitive information (e.g. information about health condition, political or philosophical opinions). Such information – exception made for information about belonging to any protected category – are not relevant for the purpose of evaluating a possible engagement within the Company.
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to pursue the goals for which they were gathered. Specific safety measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, their unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access.
The personal data provided will be processed by Pomellato S.p.A.'s Human Resources Department, as well by the Pomellato S.p.A.'s Division involved in the recruitment and by our system administrators that ensure the compliance with high confidentiality standards.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, but – for recruitment purposes – such data could be disclosed in Italy and in EU countries – to Pomellato S.p.A.'s subsidiaries, holdings, or to companies otherwise belonging to the same group of companies of the Data Controller.
The provision of information on your part, for the purposes specified above, is optional, but necessary for the Company to fulfil pre-contractual obligations in case of employment.

The Data Processor is the Head of Human Recourses Department, available at the above-mentioned Company's address, to whom you can turn to (i) fully understands the above-mentioned operations; (ii) refuse that such data are processed and (iii) obtain the cancellation, anonymization, and blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, as well as the update, rectification or integration of such data and (iv) exercise the other rights set forth under Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code.
